Jenny Chapman

Jenny is the Executive Area Manager at HOYTS, working within the Operations team. She is currently responsible for overseeing the operational performance of cinemas in Australia and New Zealand as well as the Guest Experience team

She commenced her career at HOYTS as a cinema worker selling tickets at the box office and making popcorn at HOYTS Wetherill Park before moving into management positions across most locations in Western Sydney.

This provided experience in all aspects of cinema operations which helped propel her into the Operations team within the HOYTS Support Office where she now works with multiple stakeholders to execute initiatives that drive the guest experience in cinema. This includes the rollout of recliner seats to most of the circuit, countless refurbishments and new cinema openings including one of her favourites, the opening of HOYTS Chadstone in Melbourne

Jenny’s passion for movies and years of experience within cinema, forms the foundation for the operational guidance she provides —fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and team development.
